About
Megan Tamisiea (pronounced Tam-I-See-Ya) believes that someone's professional skills and journey reflect not only the jobs they have held, but also the life they have lived.
She has more than a decade of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Talent, and Organizational Development. Her focus has been leadership development, organizational and team strategy, performance management, workshop experiences, and more. She also uses that experience as the current Vice President of Programming for the ATD Nebraska Board.
Beyond that, Megan has 25+ years in the world of improv comedy. She has studied and performed across the United States at such places as Second City, iO, Comedy Sportz, and the Groundlings.
Currently, Megan is a Senior Organizational Development Consultant with Omaha Public Power District (OPPD). When she isn't leading a workshop, performing improv, or speaking at an event, she is spending time with her husband and two children in Omaha and watching movies.
